in Commercial Real Estate. In recent years Eric has primarily focused on office
leasing in downtown San Francisco. He is a specialist in Class A office space
especially for larger and more complex office lease transactions. Eric Risberg has
also provided Expert Witness Testimony in court on complex real estate matters and is one
of the only Licensed Certified General Real Estate Appraisers that is also a California
Licensed Real Estate Broker in Downtown San Francisco. Over 400 Clients
served. As the President of the Company, Eric is directly involved with each
transaction at the company. Eric has represented some of the biggest names in the
legal profession and financial services sectors. Prior to working at Skyscraper Group he worked for the world's largest
valuation consulting firm in the corporate real estate valuation practice of American
Appraisal where provided real estate consulting assignments in over 30 states and served on
